Land Location: From the Jct. of SH8 & the Isabella blacktop, go 3 miles W. on the Isabella blacktop, then 1 mile N. on CR 260  

This productive sm. grain/livestock land is well equipped with 5 irrigation wells. Seller estimates capacity of each at approx. 80-100 gallons per minute. One well is currently outfitted with a pump. The land features a seasonal pond that holds water during wet periods, offering additional agricultural and recreational value. It has a newer 5 wire barbed, perimeter fence and has excellent access via a well-maintained rocked road along the S. side just 1 mile from the Isabella blacktop.
